The Essence

The Human Resource Office (HRO) of the University of the Immaculate Conception was established in June 1998 to manage an increasing number of personnel and to respond to the growing need of the various units of the University for personnel management and development. It therefore provides administrative and service support services to all its officers in the three departments: elementary, high school and college departments

As an office tasked to look after the management and development of its human resources, HRO aims to facilitate the enhancement of employees' capabilities and potentials for them to become integrated, highly productive persons and members of the academic community, ultimately contributing to the fulfillment of the University's vision and mission

The goal is to render total quality service to the clientele of the academic institution that would redound to the benefit of the entire UIC community and the society.
